Glossary Mean time to repair (MTTR)

Mean time to repair or MTTR is a classical maintenance metric which indicates the time it takes to resolve an issue that is the cause of a system failure. In other words, it is the time elapsed from the moment an issue was found and the moment at which the issue was fixed.
