François Michel joins Centreon to lead the company’s financial strategy as the software company manages strong growth.
Paris, January 4, 2024 – Centreon, a leading partner in digital performance monitoring, announces the appointment of François Michel as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
As Chief Financial Officer, François Michel will be in charge of the company’s global financial activities, from the definition of strategic orientations to the management of financial resources.
François Michel brings a wealth of experience in the software and media sector, having headed various financial departments within the Lagardère Group. Before joining Centreon, he worked as a financial transition manager for various large manufacturing and retailing organizations as well as start-ups.
Throughout his career, he has developed in-depth expertise in financial management, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and leadership, contributing to the success of these organizations. François Michel holds a specialized graduate diploma in finance and management control from IAE Paris and a master’s degree in applied economics from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
