Customer first
No decision gets made without asking what it changes for the people using Centreon. Their goals come before ours.
Read their storiesIn the age of agentic AI, flying blind is no longer an option. An open source pioneer since 2005 and Europe's IT monitoring leader, Centreon gives 1,000+ organizations a complete view of their performance, from infrastructure to user experience.
Business performance and IT performance can no longer be told apart. Innovation, customer experience and efficient processes all rest on a digital environment that never stops, stretches from the datacenter to the cloud, and that AI makes more fluid by the day.
Seeing what happens is no longer enough: you have to understand why. Centreon brings infrastructure, cloud, network, logs, traces and user experience together on a single observability platform, where teams used to stack disconnected tools. Our mission: make that observability simple to deploy, to run and to afford, so every IT organization can have it, not just the largest.
Open source is not a legacy we maintain, it is how Centreon moves forward. Open code and open standards keep IT teams out of proprietary lock-in and the bill that comes with it. And a community that contributes, tests and extends the platform every day takes it further, across far more technologies, than any single vendor could on its own.

From an open source project to a leading observability platform in Europe: the milestones that forged what Centreon is today.
The project starts out in open source, set on making infrastructure monitoring readable and actionable for the teams who actually run it.
A company forms around the project to support the people using it: helping them deploy the platform, run it and make it hold at scale.
Centreon forks Nagios and steps out of the original project, opening the way to a platform that evolves on its own terms.
Paid editions are built on top of the open source core, funding the industrialization of the platform without closing it.
Centreon opens its first operations outside France, in Canada, following its users across the Atlantic.
A dedicated edition for managed service providers, built for the economics of running monitoring across many customers at once.
Centreon acquires Artesys Orion, which becomes Centreon Italia and anchors the platform in the Italian market.
The Centreon Cloud offering launches, the same year the number of paying customers passes the 1,000 mark.
A community-driven R&D initiative, putting open source contributors back at the centre of how the platform evolves.
The acquisition of Quanta.io extends the platform to digital experience monitoring and shifts Centreon into observability.
Centreon secures a strategic investment from Sixth Street to fuel the growth of its observability platform.

Read their storiesWhen critical infrastructure falters, ours is the screen people look at first. Thousands of organizations count on it, and we don't take that lightly.
How we support themTechnology is only worth the people behind it. Employees, customers, partners, contributors: everything Centreon builds gets built together.
