New Monitoring Connector Highlights

Quadstor CMA and Dynamics AX CMA: the NSClient++-to-CMA migration comes to a close

These two connectors complete the roadmap for converting Windows application connectors historically based on NSClient++ (via NRPE or its REST API) to the CMA agent. With Quadstor and Dynamics AX, every connector identified for this migration has now been covered. Monitoring coverage stays identical to the existing NRPE connectors (same host and service templates); only the collection method changes, moving to an agent that's simpler to deploy and maintain than NSClient++. NSClient++ connectors remain maintained for now, though for security reasons in particular we increasingly encourage you to move to the CMA connectors.

Stormshield SNMP: four new modes and enhancements

Stormshield is one of the network devices most widely monitored by our users on Centreon. This month's contribution comes not just from the community, but directly from the Stormshield team. We're delighted by this collaboration with such a well-established French cybersecurity player, which reflects Centreon's leadership in the IT monitoring market. These contributions bring four new modes: uptime, licenses, ha-cluster and auto-update, along with enhancements to several existing modes.
